The model is equipped with two dispensers, which give full advantage of the timer. One dispenser serves for yeast. There is no danger of yeast interacting with other ingredients when transferring the beginning of the cycle. Dispenser for additives used to add raisins, candied fruits, sun-dried tomatoes, nuts to the dough. The function maintains the shape and size of additives, regardless of the intensity of kneading dough.
The bucket is shaped like a slightly elongated brick and coated on the inside with a tough, non-stick, fluorine-resistant diamond coating.
Functionality
Wide variety of programs, some with automatic raisin or nut topping. The Panasonic company has a peculiar approach to formation of programs. Most of them last at least an hour longer than other appliances. This is due to the long pre-cooking stage, when the food is slightly heated to release the gluten of the flour more effectively. In the main program this stage takes up to one hour, in the French bread mode – up to two hours. Kneading in two steps with pause. The proving process includes two beatings.
The ingredients for the bread which must be strictly observed , always begins with flour and ends with water. This is another difference of this appliance from others.
The bread machine has 10 baking modes. Among them are yeast dough, including pizza dough ready in 45 minutes. Fresh dough for dumplings where only kneading takes place. Also different types of dough for cakes, bread, rolls, etc., to be baked in the oven.
Also has two cooking modes for fruits and berries at the rate of 450-700g fresh . One – for classic American jam, the second – for clear syrup with fragrant fruit.
Control:
Large display with touch screen field equipped with buttons for entering parameters. Program can be selected by the forward and backward buttons. Further indicating the weight of the loaf and the color of the crust. Display shows settings and cycle time. If necessary, a timer assigns the time until the end of the cycle. In this case the cooking process will start at such a time that it will end on time.
Design
The body of the device is made of stainless steel and finished with black plastic. The oven is narrow – only 26 cm, with a height of 38, which makes it easy to fit in a small space.
