The device is simple and ingenious: you mix milk and sourdough in a container, put it in a thermos with hot water in it and that’s it… In 6-10 hours the yogurt is ready.

Adjusting the time of the process you can adjust the density of the product: a more fluid and lighter yogurt will be produced after 6-8 hours of cooking, more dense – after 10-12 hours.

By the way, the company offers dry sourdough starter for making dairy products: yogurt, ryazhenka, kefir, matzo. One carton contains 5 or 10 sachets each for adding to 1 liter of milk.
