NIKON will showcase a new full-frame mirrorless camera system at Photokina 2018

Nikon is preparing to be the next highlight at the largest international exhibition of film and photo equipment photokina, which will be held in Cologne. Visitors will be able to get their hands on the latest products, including Nikon’s recently introduced full-frame mirrorless cameras, FX-format lenses and Z-mount adapter.

Visitors to Nikon’s booth at Halle 2.2 will also be able to test Nikon’s wide range of professional DSLRs, including the award-winning Nikon D850 FX-format camera, which, with an ISO range of 64-25,600 and a sharp 45.7MP sensor, offers the perfect combination of resolution, speed and light sensitivity.

We will also get an introduction to Nikon’s wide range of cameras and NIKKOR lenses, such as the recently introduced entry-level D3500, the megazoom COOLPIX P1000, and the high-quality AF-S NIKKOR 500mm f/5 super telephoto lens.6E PF ED VR and AF-S NIKKOR 180-400mm f/4E TC1.4 FL ED – the first telephoto lens in the NIKKOR lineup with a built-in 1.4x teleconverter.

Mirror-less Cameras

At the Nikon booth, visitors will also be able to meet some of the best photographers who will talk about their experiences shooting with Nikon equipment.

Nikon’s European Ambassador and renowned master of fine art photography, David Yarrow, will talk about his expressive and breathtaking wildlife shots and the challenges he has overcome to find his unique style. And another ambassador, Italian wedding photographer Nadia Meli will talk about testing our new Z-bayon system and its compatibility with new and existing NIKKOR lenses.

British photographer and master urban filmmaker Rob Whitworth, rising star Jamari Lior, award-winning photographer and director Pep Bonet, Nikon Scandinavian ambassador Frydis Geithus , sports and news photographer Lukas Schulze will complement the star-studded lineup of speakers at our booth this year.
