Test 1. Body weight measurement
The result is 69.5 kg. Repeatedly, without shifting the scales, when measuring the body -69.1 kg. To tell the truth, I didn’t strictly follow the instructions: I weighed myself barefoot, but I wore clothes: jeans, T-shirt and underwear, which together can weigh about 1.2-1.3 kg. Subsequently, the scales showed stable results, it is unclear why the first time there was such a failure, perhaps somehow stood wrong. But you can’t take words out of thin air.
Scales turn on automatically as soon as you stand on the platform. You can choose one of the units of measurement – kilograms, pounds, or hundredweight. Naturally, we choose kilograms, and then all measurements take place in them. The reading is immediate and clear, no need to look closely and change the angle of view.
Test 2. Easy to control/program data
To turn the scale on and start programming, press SET. It is controlled by buttons “more less” and SET the analogue of OK, confirmation of action .
User data entry can take place after weighing or separately: to turn the scale on and start programming, press SET. Automatically opens memory slot number 1, but you can select any number, I chose 7, you just need to scroll through the cells with the buttons “more” and “less. Then the “floor” sign starts blinking on the display, the user either confirms it by pressing SET, or changes the data using the buttons “more” and “less. By the way, you can let the scales know that you are not just a woman/man, but also an athlete.
There are symbols for this too – sports men, and you can select athlete mode if the user is between 15 and 50 years old. This is useful so that athletes for whom low fat content is the norm will not have to be reminded every time they want to eat too much fat a pity there is no “cake” icon for that .
Next, the display starts flashing height setting: for women the default is 165 cm, you can adjust with the buttons “more” and “less”, but I did not – it’s my height, then sets the age: is the default of 25 years, then I had to adjust – I’m 40. Each selection has to be confirmed by pressing the SET button – I confirm and thus save the setting. Thanks to the icons all is clear, you can not look unnecessarily in the instruction.

To do this you have to turn on the scale, select your cell and stand on the platform barefoot and preferably without clothes or in a minimum amount of them .
Test 3. Weighing with the measurement of body parameters
All, voila, the screen displays all the ruthlessness that dispels the myth of heavy bones: they are only 2.8 kg, that is 4.03% I already calculated it, the other scales immediately give out a percentage . The scales of the German manufacturer count 39.5 % of muscles, 53.2 % of water and 26.1 % of fat. By the way, if the sum does not add up to 100% – this is normal.
In addition to all of this, the scale automatically displays my BMI of 25.4.
Check the tables in the manual
The muscle mass is up to 44% in women of all ages, so I am OK.
The norm of bone mass: up to 4.2 kg women with body weight 60-75 kg, so I have VERY EASY BONE 2.8 kg, and it does not make me fat. My question to the producer: maybe I should stick to cottage cheese? Just kidding, it’s actually fine: according to the WHO, the norm of bones at 50-75 kg is -2.4 kg.
Water content percentage: for my age a value above 52 % is considered high. After a week of restricting myself in salt which retains water and not drinking too much tea, I measured again the amount of water: 51% – the upper limit of normal.
The norm of fat content: 17.1-22.4 % for women of my age, I have 26.1 %, which according to the table in the instruction is considered “overweight. But I am far from obese, it starts with 31.4% of fat, and my BMI is normal 21-26 for my age . By the way, it is nice that the index is calculated and displayed automatically, no need to calculate from the tables in the manual, as in some other models.
Repeated Testing
I must say that the device was tested about a month and a half, I weighed once a week, he stood in one place, I wore about the same clothes and readings differed only slightly.
Instruction manual
The best thing about it is that it gives you detailed charts of body values and explains how to control it in a very easy to understand manner. But there is some confusion in it probably due to inattention of the translator , for example in the p. 2.8 says muscle mass, but it’s called bone mass. There are a few more similar “bloopers”.
Advantages
