Epson presents the renewed series of short-throw projectors with longer lamp life, new lens and a set of functions that will let you get the most out of your purchased device. The new projectors are ideal for use in classrooms and small meeting rooms. They can be mounted on the wall or ceiling, or placed on a table at a short distance from the screen to free up space for work.
All models of EB-500 series models EB-520, EB-525W, EB-530, EB-535W, EB-536Wi as well as other Epson projectors use the Epson 3LCD technology, which ensures exceptional image quality and accurate color reproduction. The high contrast results in clear, vibrant images, making it suitable for use in brightly lit rooms. And the new short-throw lens gives you a sharper picture and better focus.

This significantly reduces the cost of ownership. A/V mute function also helps to save the life of the lamp, which dims the brightness of the image by 70%, allowing to take a break in the presentation and shift the audience’s attention from the screen to the teacher or speaker.
The new projectors are very easy to install. Vertical and horizontal keystone correction allows you to move the device relative to the center of the screen. The short-throw projector can be positioned close to the wall or screen to minimize the possibility of shadows on the screen during the presentation and not to dazzle the presenter.
When using multiple Epson projectors, they are very easy to set up with On Screen Display OSD . You only have to configure one of them and then copy the settings to other devices supporting OSD via flash drive, USB-cable or local network. This will save you from having to spend a lot of time setting up each projector individually.
Support for two interactive styli on the Epson EB-536Wi enables two presenters to simultaneously add notes to an image on any part of the screen. At the same time, each stylus can use its own settings.
Epson EB-500 series projectors will go on sale in the American market in April 2016.
