Kids can be hard workers: Kavity Elipse Pro 3 robot-vacuum cleaner review

Among the widest range of vacuum cleaners, which are presented in the market of household appliances, I had a difficult choice of future helper vacuum cleaner: bag, container, with aqua- or air filter and vacuum cleaners-robots. My attention was immediately attracted by the latest modification, because with such new developments manufacturers give us the opportunity to keep up with the times. And today I would like to dedicate my review to robot vacuum cleaner Elipse Pro 3 by famous South Korean company Kavity.

Advantages

So, at first sight this baby – hard worker did not attract me much – just like a disk, with a few buttons on the top cover. But in general, the design is thoughtful and remotely reminds a miniature copy of a flying saucer, though a little amusing. At first I even wondered how such a modest-sized vacuum cleaner can cope with the cleaning of the entire apartment. It turned out that it has no equal in the matter. Under a sofa, a cupboard, a bed or a radiator it cleans much better than I do, and it doesn’t get lazy, thanks to its super-compact size – it’s only 7.5 cm high and 30 cm in diameter. Not only does it quickly cope with small objects on its way – just push them and go on cleaning.

Separately, I would like to leave a high praise for the power that is contained in the Elipse Pro 3. Thanks to the suction mode, the robot vacuum cleaner, to my surprise, quickly, and most importantly, thoroughly removed the dust even in the dirtiest places, while safely and gently cleaned the floor surface of the smallest dust particles. Of the few built-in features, I liked the intelligent power control Auto Cleaning function , which I used to choose the mode that suits the particular flooring. As for the multi-sensory control function, I liked it best, because for each room separately, the automatic program itself chose the desired cleaning mode. As a result, I had no choice but to let my vacuum cleaner do what it was supposed to do.

Elipse Pro 3 is a real workman. In continuous mode it can work up to 150 minutes, and if the battery runs out of charge, it quickly returns to the base for a 30-minute “refill. It took me 5 hours to fully charge the vacuum cleaner battery.

Unique capabilities

According to the commercials, Elipse Pro 3 is the first robot vacuum cleaner in the world that does not use a turbo brush. According to the developers themselves, the robot’s power is already high enough to integrate a turbo-brush. Well, in my review I will not oppose them, as I myself felt the benefits of the lack of this element – do not have to run to the store for a replacement brush, no need after cleaning painfully long unravel stuck clump of hair and dust, and finally, without turbo-brush does not remain stripes on the floor.

Control

Another advantage of the Elipse Pro 3, which once again convinced me that I have not wasted my money, is the extreme ease of use. To set up a robot it took me only a few seconds. The whole secret is the principle of management Easy Touch – a light touch and the robot begins to clean. It works like this:

– I only needed a single touch to get the brushes into place

– To start stop the robot vacuum cleaner – also took one touch

– I had to touch the robot twice to get the bin out and clean it.

By the way, I will say that the dust container can and should be washed with plain tap water, so that dust particles do not get back into the air of the room during cleaning robot-vacuum cleaner.

The robot comes with a remote control, which is so intuitive to use, like the remote control on the TV – turn the robot on and press the button. The remote has a large LCD display, directional keys, 5 buttons for mode selection and 1 button “Auto Charge”.

Accessories

Since we are talking about the remote control, I will add a few words about the configuration of this stylish device. It includes everything you need for use: remote control, charging base, accessories brushes and screws , HEPA filter, power adapter, wet mop nozzle and, of course, the manual book. The HEPA filter lasts about 24 months, which is great for a robot vacuum cleaner.

Disadvantages

In my opinion, the Elipse Pro 3 is good at everything, but it has a couple of flaws. Firstly it is difficult to find it in the domestic market of household appliances. Second, it is not the largest vacuum cleaner in terms of volume, even though it is very easy to clean. And finally, even after its seemingly perfect cleaning it is still necessary to wipe the baseboards and collect dust in the corners.

Conclusion

I am satisfied with robot-vacuum cleaner Elipse Pro 3, because it exceeded all my expectations. Noiseless, powerful, safe and reliable – now it takes care of the cleanliness and order in the house on the schedule I have set for the days and weeks.
