Bosch has launched the new GSR 1000 Professional cordless screwdriver, a compact high-performance tool for professional use. It is equipped with a built-in 10.8 V rechargeable battery that can be easily recharged via the wall outlet with a convenient charger.

The GSR 1000 Professional is designed for carpenters and joiners, electricians and plumbers, craftsmen of all trades. It can be used on construction sites, in workshops, in industrial production: for assembling furniture, installing electrical wiring, ventilation and heating systems and much more.
The GSR 1000 Professional has a maximum drill diameter of 10 mm in wood, up to 6 mm in steel and a maximum screw diameter of 6 mm. Small and lightweight, the GSR 1000 Professional is indispensable, above all, for screwdriving and drilling small holes in series production.

The GSR 1000 Professional is equipped with Electronic Cell Protection ECP . In the event of overload or overheating the tool switches itself off automatically and ensures a long battery life. The ECP also protects it against deep discharge.
The new model lies safely and comfortably in the hand: the handle of the GSR 1000 Professional is the most ergonomic among Bosch 10.8 V cordless drills. The tool weighs only 0.9 kg incl. battery and is less than 186 mm long. Lightweight, compact and with a comfortable handle, the GSR 1000 Professional is suited for general purpose applications, especially when working in hard-to-reach places and when the tool must be held over your head.
High performance in a compact design
The GSR 1000 Professional is powerful in spite of its small size and weight. With a rotation speed of up to 700 rpm, it can easily drive screws with a diameter of up to 6 mm. Rotation speed is continuously adjustable with a switch in the handle area. And the rapid motor brake function allows you to control the drilling and screwdriving process, achieving the most precise results. The current state of the battery is indicated by a three-part charge level indicator.
And thanks to the GSR 1000 Professional single-feed three-jaw chuck, changing a drill bit for a chuck is quick and easy, even with one hand.
