Gallery of Classical Photography decided to support the city’s New York Museum Week program. Entrance to the photo gallery will now be free every third Sunday of the month.
“Previously, you could only visit the gallery for free on the opening day of the exhibition. However, given the great interest in photography and the need for cultural leisure, it was decided to make our exhibitions more accessible to everyone,” – commented gallery art director Mark Kobert. The action allows Muscovites and guests of the capital to plan their weekend and see all the photo exhibitions of interest. Nearest date is June 19.
Gallery of Classical Photography is the constant participant of socially significant actions and events in New York, such as the City Day, “Night of Arts” and “Night at the Museum. As one of the capital’s main platforms dedicated to photography, each year it presents dozens of projects by famous American and foreign photographers. Ananta Dasa’s exhibition “Eight million four hundred thousand steps”, dedicated to India, is currently working in the gallery, as well as an exhibition of photographic still-life “Fototop. Still Life 2022, featuring 200 works by 50 famous photographers.
