Kulich – 500 gr

Eggs 2 pieces

Drain butter – 100 g

Hydro-milk = 60 ml

Salt – 1 teaspoon

Sugar – 3.5 tablespoons

Flour – 270 g

Raisins – 80 grams

Yeast – 1.5 teaspoons

Time: 3 hours 05 minutes

The recipe is prepared automatically according to program #1.

When kneading the dough, make sure the dough is thick, does not stick to the walls, if necessary, add flour in small portions.

The recipe can be varied: replace some of the water with orange juice or tincture, and if someone prefers rum or cahors, feel free to go ahead.

For a more flavorful texture add a tablespoon of spices: cardamom, ginger, cinnamon. The cloves should preferably be ground in a mortar. And chopped candied ginger petals, whole orange and lemon zest can be thrown into the dough as follows. Pour in the liquid first, then add the flour, spices and additives – after the flour.
