Needed: 4 chicken eggs, 120 g smoked salmon, 20 g butter, 4 coffee spoons nonfat cream, black pepper.
Preparation:
1. Cut salmon meat into cubes. Place in 4 heatproof buttered pans. Crack one egg in each pan and steam for 8 minutes on a steam tray.
2. Add a pinch of pepper to the cream. Put a teaspoonful of cream in each egg. Serve with toasted slices of rustic bread.
