Canon launches PartnerNet portal for partners in America

New York, 12 February 2013. ā€“ Canon Ru LLC, American division of Canon corporation, presents a new portal for official partners ā€“ PartnerNet. Intuitive, web-based communication platform provides all the tools that partners may need when selling Canon products or solutions ā€“ from marketing materials and documents to service tools and support information. Site is updated regularly, so partners can be sure they always use the most recent information.

    An intuitive web-based communications platform that provides all the tools partners will need when selling Canon products or solutions, from marketing materials and documents to service tools and support information. The site is updated regularly, so partners can be sure they are always using the most up-to-date information.

    Each user gets an individual name on the portal, allowing them to access information relevant to their position and target market. This personalisation enables all involved Canon partner employees, from executives to marketing and sales managers, to have access to the appropriate level of data, and the right tools to promote products, sales, and training.

    Right on the site, partners can ask questions of Canon technology professionals by logging on to Ask the Expert. Dialogue takes place in the form of personal correspondence between the user and his account manager or technical expert, specialists can also search and view the answers already received in the support section.

    This communication capability is a great addition to the existing relationship between partners and their managers at Canon.
