International Festival of Photography that will take place in Uglich from August 1st to 5th has changed its name but hasn’t changed its essence – to tell about the diversity of photography, different photographic techniques and approaches, kept its educational and informative component. It’s still multivoiced, bright and versatile. This year many things will happen for the first time.

On arrival to Uglich it’s necessary to pass accreditation in the Information center, having paid a registration fee of 900 Dollars, to receive the badge of the participant which will give the chance to attend all actions of festival free of charge except paragliding , a T-shirt with a logo of festival and information and navigating materials.
The ancient city of Uglich, its history, the mighty Volga River, the hospitality of the Uglich people: the creative atmosphere of the festival will be remembered forever.
