The new oven model has two pyrolysis modes: standard and Eco with lower energy consumption . Clean program lasts 80 minutes. To safely use these programs, the oven has a four-layer glazing. And the door temperature does not exceed 60ºC, so parents can be safe for their little ones fingers.

FUNCTIONAL

The model has a good range of modes. Conventional mode has two versions: standard mode, when upper and lower heating elements are simply turned on, and Eco mode. Eco mode saves around 20% energy. Conventional cooking can also be done with convection. This mode allows for a rapid increase in temperature some food can be placed directly in the oven while it is still warm.

The grill is used in two modes. Convection grill mode combines heater and fan operation. You can use the rotisserie here, especially for cooking large pieces of meat, chicken or turkey. The second mode is called the Power grill, and it grills intensely and at a high temperature. In both cases, the user can flexibly adjust the settings, selecting the temperature from 180 to 230 ºC in the 1st mode or 275 ºC in the 2nd mode . The oven offers the unusual opportunity to grill-brown dishes that are already cooked in other modes. Grill will automatically go off 5 minutes before the end of the cycle.

Convection mode is recommended for recipes in which it is important to preserve the softness and juiciness of meat, vegetables or fish. No less interesting is the option to cook on three oven levels at once. The AutoCook function eliminates the need to select the cooking mode and temperature, which are already programmed in the memory. The oven determines the duration of operation by itself, based on the readings of the electronic sensors!

The oven has a function to keep food warm. But the large temperature range – from 35 to 100 ºC – allows you to expand the range of use. The function can be used to proof dough, defrost gently but quickly, and heat plates for serving.

CONTROL

Use the temperature control knobs to make the most basic settings: selecting the mode and temperature, which is immediately visible on the large display. The touch keys make the other settings prescription automatics, time parameters . The programmer controls the cooking time, letting the electronics turn off the heat in time.
