You will need:
150g ground crumbs,
100g flour,
1/2 teaspoon of baking powder,
3 tbsp. spoonfuls of cocoa powder,
100g butter or margarine,
75 grams of sugar,
1 egg,
vanilla sugar,
3 Tbsp. Spoonfuls of cream,
For glaze – 150g powdered sugar,
3 tbsp. Spoon hot water or milk.
To prepare: mix lightly toasted breadcrumbs with flour, baking powder, cocoa powder and tomatoes. Beat the egg, sugar and butter with a mixer until frothy, gradually adding the mixture of breadcrumbs, flour and cocoa.
Add cream at the end. Place the batter into the muffin tins and bake at 200 degrees. Coat the finished muffins with icing sugar made from powdered sugar and water.
