It really is a combination of three devices: a bread maker, a yogurt maker and a toaster. You can also use it to bake mini baguettes. We baked a variety of products in this bread machine: Dairy bread, Sour cream bread, Tender, Provence, Air, Rye bran bread, cakes, baguettes, yogurt, cooked jam, etc.

NOT A SINGLE EXTRA CRUMB

Can’t say that we have always gotten a perfect crust. In some cases, it “failed” Sour Cream and Rye bread with bran . No housewife with any baking oven is safe from this. It depends a great deal on the quality of the ingredients and their correct proportions. The important thing is that the texture of the pastry was great in all cases! The bread is dense, it doesn’t crumble and is easy to cut into pieces. Not all bread machines give you this kind of result.

TASTE AND COLOR

A variety of recipes will allow gourmands to enjoy different flavors. Even our opinions were divided: some liked the bread with Provencal herbs best, and others – Tender on sour cream. Girls can make low-calorie bread here for this you have to buy wholemeal, which, unfortunately, is not available in all stores . There are very interesting recipes for Far Eastern bread, Tomato bread with pistachios and even Pumpkin bread!

In general, just to try the entire range offered by the manufacturer, it would take at least a month. How many more recipes you can make your own?!

CRUNCHY AND TEMPTING

The baguette program is divided into two steps: kneading and baking. Total time countdown, t.e. “0” is displayed at the end of baking. This was a little confusing for us the first time. We did not hear the buzzer when the dough was ready, and we couldn’t understand why the timer stopped at the 43-minute mark.

In our opinion, the dough was more than enough for four baguettes – at least six. But there are only two baking molds. You can bake two more baguettes in the Baking program. But if possible, it is more convenient and faster to make the dough in the bread machine, and bake all the baguettes in the oven at once, and in this case they can be given a more elongated shape of a French loaf. If you don’t have an oven, the bread maker can easily replace it, but it will take a little longer to make the baguettes for tea than if you use the oven.

The dough was great, the baguettes disappeared in about two minutes, we didn’t even have time to take a picture.

TOASTS

The mini baguette mold can be easily transformed into a toasting mold. You can make five big toasts at the same time. Small slices of bread can not be placed in the mold. It takes 10 minutes to dry, but fans of more browned products will have to be patient and add another ten minutes.

In our opinion, it is not very convenient to use such a stand for everyday cooking of toast for breakfast: in a toaster you can do everything faster and easier. But if you only want hot toast a couple of times a year or if you don’t want to take the toaster to the cottage in the summer, you won’t need this feature in your bread maker.

NOT JUST YOGURT

The bread maker has a special container for making 1 liter of yogurt. We liked it a lot! Yogurt can be prepared in many types of equipment, but there is not always a separate dish for it. In the evening, you simply pour warm milk into a container, add yogurt for sourdough, stir. And after 8 hours, in the morning, you can already consume natural yogurt. If you put it in the fridge, it will harden in a day. And if you add chopped berries or jam in the blender… Well, very tasty!

In principle, you can make not only yogurt in a yogurt machine, but also acidophilus. You just need to use the appropriate sourdough starter.

JAR OF JAM TO A BASKET OF COOKIES

Of course, cooking jam in the bread machine is an auxiliary function, but why not? We, following the recipe, poured the berries and sugar, added lemon juice – and that’s it, the process went on.

The advantages of making jam in this way are obvious: you don’t have to stir it all the time, it doesn’t stick, and the berries don’t fall apart.

Of course, hostesses who are used to roll up jars on an industrial scale, cooking 500 g of the product will seem ridiculous. But a young city girl can pleasantly surprise, for example, a potential mother-in-law by treating her with her own handmade currant jam and not necessarily say that all made in the bread machine .

The only “but” – this baker does not have a separate bucket for jam, you have to use the common, bread. If you make one jar a year, it’s okay, but for the systematic use of the baker for this purpose, a special dish would not hurt.

CONTROL

The control panel is located on top of the bread machine, near the lid. On both sides of the viewing window is a handy tooltip with the names of programs.

Display on the top of the control panel, showing the program number, the size of the loaf, the type of crust, cooking time countdown and the progress of the program. No buttons, installed sensors: menu, next to the choice of crust color and loaf weight, below – the button American Baker and 2 timer buttons with addition/subtraction of time, even below – backlighting and start/stop.

The “start” button also has a “stop” function, for this, it must be held down for a few seconds.

Interestingly, the American Baker’s recipes are separate from the general menu as with many microwave ovens .

But the most original and useful is the backlight sensor. Many bakeries are equipped with a viewing window, but during the cooking of bread through it you can not see anything, because it fogs up. The backlighting allows you to keep an eye on what’s going on inside the oven, without having to open the door, at any stage, from the rise of the dough to the baking of the bread. At the end of the cooking process there is an audible signal. If the bread is not taken out, it will be kept warm for 60 minutes. Of course, there is a delayed start timer for up to 13 hours in increments of 10 minutes. The procedure is standard: you must count the time between the current time and the moment, when you want to get a loaf of bread, and indicate this cooking time. The timer can be used in the programs Basic, French, Diet, Sweet, Dough, American Baker.

Now about what I didn’t like about the controls: it wasn’t always possible to reset the settings by pressing start/stop. To cancel the task had to turn off the bread machine from the network and wait ten minutes for the settings to be erased from the memory of the device automatically.

OPERATION FEATURES

This breadmaker belongs to those devices in which, according to the instructions, liquids are poured first, and then the flour and yeast are added. This prevents the yeast from getting soggy too early, which is good for the quality of the dough and bread.

The model does not have an automatic dispenser. When it was time to add nuts, seeds, olives, etc. to the dough.d., A buzzer sounds and you have to open the lid of the breadmaker and add those ingredients.

It is convenient that in the manual for each program there is an approximate indication time on the display at the moment of adding additional ingredients. What is inconvenient is that the buzzer can not be silenced, and if you put the cooking on a timer, then in the night you can hear the “beeping” of the oven.

The noise level of the baking oven is very noticeable while kneading the dough, therefore, the night use is possible only in an isolated room.

DESIGN

The snow-white baking oven fits into a modern kitchen and makes white lovers happy. The size features are such that this model is suitable for installation on a narrow countertop many bakeries have a greater depth .
