Acer unveiled its new line of Chromebooks 11. It has high performance, small size, and a strong battery that lasts up to 10 hours of battery life. The Acer Chromebook 11 CB311-8HT CB311-8H is a compact device featuring an 11.6-inch optional HD touchscreen and passive cooling. It’s great for family use, sharing multimedia content, and frequent moves from place to place. Two USB 3 ports are another plus.1 Type-C, which lets you plug in external devices, charge smartphones and other gadgets, and even send your picture to a big-screen TV or monitor.

Chromebook 11 CB311-8H/T gives you easy access to Google’s ecosystem, including Google Drive, Gmail and a wealth of useful Chrome extensions and apps. The Acer Chromebook 11 will run Android apps right from the start via the Google Play™ store, so users can download any of two million apps for socializing and entertainment, work, and play. And they won’t need to take a power adapter with them, since the new Chromebook 11 gives you up to 10 hours of battery life on a single charge.

New generation Intel® Celeron® processors with high performance 4-core and 2-core processors let you work on multiple tabs or applications with ease. Chromebook comes with 4GB RAM and 16GB or 32GB eMMC memory. The passive cooling system is completely silent, so the laptop can easily be used in the library, coffee shop, or home without disturbing other family members.

Easily connect to external devices

The new Acer Chromebook 11 is equipped with two USB 3 ports.1 Type-C Gen 1, with which you can charge the Chromebook itself or other devices, transfer data at high speed and connect your laptop to the big screen. The novelty has a microSD card reader for working with memory cards, and two USB 3 ports for connecting to external devices.0 and Bluetooth support 4.2. Acer Chromebook 11 connects to Wi-Fi networks using the modern and reliable 2×2 MIMO 802.11ac.

Portable design and two screen versions

The Acer Chromebook 11 features an 11.6-inch IPS screen with 1366×768 pixels resolution for excellent text readability and high image quality. Both touchscreen CB311-8HT and regular display versions CB311-8H are available. HDR widescreen camera captures bright, clear photos and is perfect for Google Hangouts and video chats.

Stereo speakers and built-in microphone deliver stunning audio to complement your viewing experience. Thin design and small dimensions make the Acer Chromebook 11 suitable for almost any situation. The notebook weighs 1.1 kg and is only 18.15 mm thick.

Convenient collaboration and a high level of security

Chromebooks are easy to use and can be shared by multiple people without any problem. Users only need to log in to their Google account to get access to Gmail, Google Docs, apps, extensions, bookmarks and other information. Chrome OS provides the highest level of security and is continually updated to withstand new network threats.

Many Chromebook owners store their files using Google Drive, which puts them in its own secure cloud and keeps them updated with the latest version. So user files are safe even if the Chromebook itself is lost or stolen.

Pricing and availability
