Whirlpool Induction Cooktop

The new Whirlpool induction cooktop has a choice of automatic programs – keep warm, boil, simmer, braise, which set and maintain the optimum temperature for the selected dish.

The Whirlpool induction hob

The multi-purpose cooking zone allows all sizes of pot to be moved around freely, while the intuitive controls make creating a dish a breeze.

“The Sixth Sense

Whirlpool’s new induction cooktop with 6THSENSE technology sets and maintains the right level of heat and energy consumption.

For example, as soon as the water in the pot comes to a boil, the temperature is reduced to the point where the liquid is kept at boiling point, no more.

6THSENSE offers you four automatic programs: Keeping warm, Boiling, Melting and Stewing. You only need to select the desired brewing method, and the surface will automatically adjust the power level.

Uniting the cooking zones

The Connexion Zone

Can combine two separate heating zones on the surface into one, while maintaining the same temperature to accommodate large dishes, if necessary.

FlexiCook

, Also allows you to combine two separate zones into a single large zone. That leaves, however, the flexible zone that is active in both partial and full load operation.

Option

FlexiSide

functions in the same way as the

FlexiCook

. It provides uniform heating with four inductors. Two cooking zones can be used separately or combined vertically. So you can place and move pots anywhere within this versatile zone.

Models with

FlexiSide

Also offers the option

ChefControl

. Here you’ll find a universal area divided into three zones that automatically offer a range of temperatures, from high to low. So, you can change the heat level of the food you’re cooking by simply moving the dish on the surface. That makes the whole process easy: you can start cooking on high heat, then switch to low heat, moving the pot to a lower temperature zone.

When you need to carefully control your cooking, the new user interface is always at hand – on the bottom of the hob there are four horizontal temperature scales for each zone. You can set the desired temperature simply by selecting a value on the scale.

Design

Scratch-proof induction hobs thanks to iXelium glass nano technology. In addition, this technology provides a long-lasting shine to the surface.

Whirlpool’s new induction hobs are designed so that they don’t require much space for front ventilation and fit even the thinnest countertops. Fits in place of standard gas stoves without the need for adjustments or furniture modifications.

Whirlpool’s new induction cooktops will be available beginning in October 2019 at the recommended retail price:
