What kind of ticks do robots kill??

Large appliances for the kitchen

Ticks are very small 0.1 – 0.35 mm , only visible under a microscope and belong to the spider family. Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus and Dermatophagoides farinae are the most common in our conditions and environment.

Mites feed on dead skin particles, hair, mold, food crumbs, and textile fibers. An adult loses one to two grams of skin scales daily, which is enough to feed 1000000 mites.

In its 20 to 40 day life cycle the female mite lays 60 to 100 larvae, each mite produces 2000 faecal particles. That’s about 200 times its own weight. One gramme of dust contains approx. 1500 to 5000 mites, imagine the enormous amount of feces on your floor. These excrements are the source of strong allergens that cause asthma, allergies, chronic runny nose, as well as, for example, inflammation of the skin or conjunctivitis.

The Roomy robot vacuum cleaner is equipped with a UV-C lamp with a wavelength of 253.7 nanometers, which destroys the DNA structure of the mites and they are no longer able to reproduce. If they try to reproduce, they die.

When cleaned, the ultraviolet light beam destroys 99% of the pathogenic bacteria. Microorganisms are eliminated and their feces and digested food are vacuumed and wiped off with an antistatic cloth, the finest dust is gathered and no longer threatens our lungs and skin and because the DNA of bacteria is eliminated, they can no longer multiply in the vacuum.

How does an allergic reaction to ticks appear??

Typical signs of an allergic reaction to dust mite include sneezing, coughing, watery and red eyes, runny nose, stuffy nose, and choking attacks. Mites can lead to worsening eczema or asthma.

In children living in an allergenic environment the risk of asthma, allergies and other chronic diseases is much higher. So it is necessary to create an environment in the room where mites and other pathogenic microbes cannot multiply. The room must be dry, cool, airing frequently, sunlight and regular cleaning. At least twice a week for cleaning. If you have an asthmatic or allergic person in your family, cleaning must be done daily and preferably in their absence.
