Watermelon jam

We will need:

Watermelon jamarbuznoe_varene

1 kg watermelon flesh,

1.2 kg sugar,

2-3 grams of citric acid,

vanillin to taste.

Cooking method:

Remove the seeds. Add sugar to the pulp and let it stand in a cold place for 2 hours. Boil in three phases, bringing to a boil and allowing up to 10 hours in between each time. Before the last step, add citric acid and vanillin.
