ViewSonic Corporation announced the release of its next generation ViewPad® 7″ and 10″ tablets. ViewSonic’s new series of Tablet PCs are designed with both professional and personal needs in mind.
The ViewPad family of tablets, which already includes the ViewPad 10e, ViewPad 7e and ViewPad 10Pro, will be expanded to include the new ViewPad E70/G70 and E100/P100, which will be shown for the first time at MWC in Europe.
All ViewSonic tablets are designed to fit into today’s mobile lifestyles. It’s the perfect choice for consumers who need instant Internet access and the ability to keep in touch with friends, as well as for mobile workers who need to be able to work on the go.
ViewPad G70
ViewPad G70 comes with the latest Android™ 4 operating system and a brilliant 7″ screen with 1024×600 resolution. This is an extremely lightweight and portable device with great functionality for use on the go. ViewSonic’s ViewScene 3D interface gives you easy access to all the G70’s features and applications. 3G, Bluetooth and WiFi wireless network ensures that no matter where you are and what you do, you will always have instant access to your data.

ViewPad G70 comes with high quality capacitive multi-touch display with 1024×600 resolution which is great for displaying pictures and videos including those taken with rear 2 megapixel camera.
The tablet is also equipped with a 0.3 MP front camera. The G70 display has an 8-bit color depth, 250 nits brightness and 500:1 contrast ratio, which is optimal for both still images and videos.

ViewPad E70
The 7-inch ViewPad E70 tablet offers the most features of a high quality device at an affordable price. It features the latest Google Android 4 operating system.0 Ice Cream Sandwich, featuring ultra-lightweight compact design.
ViewPad E70 provides customers with advanced technology with rich feature set. All this in an extremely portable and affordable device. The ViewSonic ViewScene 3D interface provides access to built-in apps and services.
This compact and ultra-slim Tablet with Android 4.0 is equipped with 1GHz processor and 4GB memory. Other features include front camera, WiFi support and memory expansion through Micro SD cards up to 32 GB.

This lightweight, slim and powerful device weighs just 620g at 9.1mm thick. With a wide range of connectivity – Bluetooth 3.0, WiFi, HDMI, USB and Micro SD card support – the user will always be connected, while the 3G version enables full wireless access when on the go. ViewPad E100 goes on sale in the second quarter.
ViewPad® P100
VewPad P100 offers reliability, performance, usability and productivity for professionals.
It features two cameras for video conferencing and a 10-inch high-definition IPS screen at 1280×800 resolution and runs on the Windows® 7 Professional operating system.
Intel N2600 dual-core processor clocked at 1.6GHz provides enough processing power not only for viewing and editing files, but also for creating them using Windows 7 applications. VewPad P100 will be available in late second quarter of 2012.
ViewPad 10e
ViewPad 10e is one of ViewSonic’s most energy efficient models. Exceptionally slim device is capable of over 200 hours of standby time.
The battery life is satisfying even the most demanding users. A great tablet for an affordable price, the ViewPad 10e is the ideal solution for every member of the family. It’s only 9.1 mm thin and the 9.7″ screen is perfect for reading e-books, watching movies and playing computer games.

ViewScene 3D
ViewScene 3D is ViewSonic’s proprietary interface. ViewSonic 3D takes Android tablets to the next level. This customizable user interface brings out the best in IPS screen technology and lets users interact with the system and applications in 3D style.
With ViewScene 3D, the user can easily switch between menus, view applications and widgets in different panels, add new widgets and applications on the fly. ViewScene 3D offers 16 customizable panels that can be easily rearranged, renamed, added or deleted.
In addition, ViewScene 3D folders give you the ability to categorize your applications logically, free up your “desktop” and gather the contacts you need in one place. Subfolders are supported for maximum user convenience.
Widgets in ViewScene 3D are small, visible and active applications that run alongside your regular apps. They show real time information like weather, time and to-do lists and are uncluttered, smart and attractive.
