MANUFACTURER’S RECOMMENDATIONS
Do not release the button until grinding is complete. After processing three batches in a row the unit must cool down to ambient temperature. Do not use the grinder to grind raw coffee beans, granulated sugar, spices and roots. Grinding baby food groats allowed.
USABILITY TEST
Transparent lid of the device allows to control degree of grinding and is at the same time a doser: maximum load corresponds to filling of the lid to the top ledge. Button to hold – it’s easy, the button is supple. If the lid is not screwed all the way in, the grinder does not start.
TEST AT FULL LOAD
The grinder coped perfectly with the claimed 30 g, there is plenty of space in the coffee compartment, even with enough room. A slight inconvenience – some of the coffee powder sticks to the inside of the lid because its shape is not streamlined enough. The manufacturer comments: “without a special design of the lid shape, recess will not grind coffee evenly”.
TEST FOR 2 Cups 20g
It took 5 cycles of 10 seconds each to get a fine grind for a Turkish coffee, the total was 50 seconds.
