Hello again!ā€

So here it is, our new MIKMA coffee grinder. I remember well the previous model that got the mark ā€œConsumerā€ recommended in our comparative test of rotary coffee grinders and impressed with its perfect quality of work. In principle, it was the leader of the test, although it struggled with the grinders of well-known imported brands. They say itā€™s a blessing in disguise. You know, if itā€™s good, you should appreciate it, thereā€™s no need to improve it. Could it work any better? Or maybe the novelty is more convenient? Or safer? This test was not quite common: we tested not only the capabilities of the new item, but also compared it with its ā€œbig sisterā€ ā€“ the classical model MIKMA IP-30.

Changes for the better

And what, in fact, we noted in the old MIKMA IP-30 as a minus? It had no way to adjust the cord length. Letā€™s turn the grinder over and seeā€¦ Yay!! The new MIKMA IP-32 model has a compartment in the bottom of the device for the cord, where it can be hidden, leaving it ā€œoutsideā€ just enough to reach the outlet. So, this new product is safer to use, because the cord does not slack off, and it is easier to store, because you do not need space for it.

Pure safety

The main danger in a grinder is unauthorized powering on when the lid is not closed or open. MIKMA engineers made a new model so that it simply canā€™t work even with a millimeter gap between the lid, which must be closed and locked, otherwise it will be blocked. We have not been able to turn on the appliance with the lid not locked.

At high speed

The new model has a motor speed of up to 26,000 rpm! The finest grind of 30 grams of coffee this is a full load of the grinder takes no more than 30 seconds. For the purity of the experiment we used coffee beans from three different breweries. The result: smallest particles that feel more like flour. Thatā€™s the perfect grind for Turkish coffee. Our coffee is dense, thick foamy, fragrant, dense ā€“ you can never get it like that from ground coffee!

Coffee for Daddy, Pancakes for Mommy and Kindergarten Porridge for Kids

Most manufacturers forbid to grind other products in their grinders, only coffee! But with new grinder MIKMA you can grind cereals, nuts and spices without problems: domestic manufacturer is confident in engine power and durability of knives. Thatā€™s why we didnā€™t just drink delicious coffee but with an unusual dessert: Breton buckwheat pancakes! They required Ā½ cup each of wheat flour and buckwheat flour ā€“ they were made in a MIKMA grinder. Added 1 egg, 150 ml of milk and beer each. Baked Breton pancakes are usually served with egg, but in the fall somehow we made pancakes with apple stuffing 2 diced sour apples, 100g of sugar, 20g of butter and bring to caramel . Unusual, tasty and useful!
