DESIGN FEATURES

The new TV from VR has a stylish design. In particular, the use of Edge LED backlight made it possible to reduce the thickness of the case as compared to the units with conventional backlight on cold cathodes.

The device is equipped with a USB slot, allowing you to play not only photos and music, but also video in different formats. For example, photos in JPEG and BMP formats, music in MP3 format, video in DivX format in containers .avi and .mkv.

There’s also a CI slot for a CAM module to watch cable TV .

The brightness of the model, according to the manufacturer, reaches 450 cd/m2, contrast 6000:1. Matrix response time is only 5 ms.

There are built in tuners for DVB-T digital terrestrial and DVB-C cable TV.

A wide range of auto-voltage – 100-250 V – allows to operate the device in conditions of unstable power supply.

PICTURE QUALITY

The model shows great color margin, very good margin of brightness.

Colors remain almost the same when viewing from different angles, but they fade a little when you look at it from 55 degrees.

At the service of the viewer there are preset image modes: “standard”, “dynamic”, “soft”, which can be quickly recalled through the menu, as well as at one touch from the remote control.

Colors are a little saturated in places, but if necessary, you can use the color temperature adjustment ie, make it “warm” or “colder” and, in more detail, adjust the three individual colors – red, blue and green.

Playback 1080p signal from the component input resolution of 600 TV lines. The movement on the screen is smooth.

Black is deep, but a little faded when viewed from the corner, white saturated, the details of bright scenes on the average level.

No digital artifacts like combing from the intended viewing distance.

When playing a signal from the HDMI input, the picture is rich in color. Quality of the display shades of black at a fairly good level. The white color is saturated, and the detail of the bright scenes is not bad. Resolution with this input is about 750 TV lines. When displaying moving objects, a bit of a comb is noticeable, which, generally speaking, can be leveled out by adjusting the clarity.

SOUND QUALITY

The VR LT-32L10V sound system consists of two speakers with 8 watts output power each.

Preset sound modes: “standard”, “music”, “movie”, “sports. They can be quickly called up with the remote control. For more detailed adjustments, you can use your choice of either treble and bass adjustments, or a 5-band equalizer.

For greater effect, there is a surround sound mode, and the volume limitation function will protect the nerves of the viewer from excessive sound level fluctuations.

Subjectively, the sound path has an average volume reserve, sounding without noticeable to the ear distortion.

SERVICE CAPABILITIES

The remote control is designed quite simply, without much design frills, it is also easy to use.

The on-screen menu is displayed on a translucent dark background, the selected menu item is highlighted in yellow. During the navigation there is the effect of menu rotation, but this rotation is somewhat intermittent.

At the bottom of the screen there are icons corresponding to the main menu items. If necessary, you can choose one of the formats: “4:3”, “16:9”, “14:9”, 2 “scale” mode.

Provides clock, on and off timer, and Sleep timer for 240 minutes. Separate buttons on the remote control are responsible for the sleep timer, as well as preset picture and sound modes.

The built-in teletext decoder has a memory for 1000 pages. It allows you to view additional text information transmitted in parallel with the TV signal, such as a TV program.

Among the user settings, you can also adjust the time the menu is displayed on the screen – this parameter can be set to one minute. Animation effect can also be adjusted.
