Ergonomics

GENERAL IMPRESSION. Silver hair dryer – so modern and technologically advanced. Moreover, the model fits comfortably in your hand and does not give the impression of a heavy appliance. All parts are in harmony. The designers put a great deal of care into the way this hair dryer looks. Even though this model has been on the market for a few years now, it looks modern and dignified – GOOD.

CHANGES. There are four protrusions on the concentrator nozzle, but it is not very clear what they are supposed to be inserted into. Interesting that the manual describes in detail how to remove and install the diffuser, but there is no recommendation to install the concentrator. We have to go by trial and error. Basically, a few movements and the nozzle is in place, the mechanics of the process is impossible to describe – AMAZING.

The diffuser attachment is much easier to insert. You need to align the ledges on the nozzle with the slots on the body and turn clockwise. The nozzle is firmly fixed, to remove it, just turn the nozzle counterclockwise – GOOD.

Concentrator is easy to rotate, diffuser is stationary, but it does not need to be rotated during the laying – GOOD.

SWITCHING MODES. The switches are on the outside of the handle, so you can use your thumb to change modes while the dryer is in operation. Our stylist-consultant considered this position of the switch and its very form not very successful.

After flicking the switch a few times with my finger I felt a slight tingling sensation and realized why professional hairdressers prefer the key switches – GOOD.

COOL BLOWING. You have to hold the button with your finger – GOOD.

CARE. The air intake grille is easy to remove and just as easy to replace – GOOD.

SCHOOL. No protection against kinking or tangling. Cord two-core, section of a core – 0,75 mm. Its length is less than two meters, which you should consider when buying, you may have to use an extension cord, which is not healthy at all. In general, it is the thinnest cord of all tested models – AMAZING.

THE BOTTOM. Round, large, easy to use – BEAUTIFUL.

– The satin ion technology generates a stream of negatively charged ions, which has an anti-static effect. The manufacturers recommend in this case to remove the additional nozzles and turn on this mode! when the hair is already a little dry. An important feature of this model is the possibility to deactivate the function when it is not needed. Indicator light shows that the function is working.

Special Features

The manufacturers tried to equip this hair dryer to the maximum: it is two nozzles in the kit, and additional modes, and ionization.

The concentrator is very wide. Professionals prefer narrower nozzles. Indeed, the width of this concentrator is more than two centimeters, which makes it practically impossible to carry out, so to speak, targeted drying and styling of individual strands.

The diffuser nozzle is designed to give extra volume. It has six 3-cm fingers, six 2.3 cm fingers and three 1.3 cm fingers. Total of 15 fingers.

Safety

1. The hair dryer switches off automatically if any grill seems to be closed. After it has been cooled for a few minutes the fan will turn on again automatically.

2. The appliance has the necessary marking: “do not use the hair dryer near water sources”. The instructions are labeled accordingly, and all the necessary recommendations for use: turn off the hair dryer from the mains and use the residual current limiter.
