The result of the test

White bread photo 1 we cooked according to a simple recipe with the addition of vegetable oil, we got a good puffy loaf, well risen and baked, evenly browned. The flour you see on the barrels is the same flour that was discussed in the “Care” section.

The loaf photo 2 also turned out fine, very tasty, delicate and moderately sweet. We used the program “basic/baking with raisins”, the recipe is described with eggs, butter, citrus juice and relevant additives. The dispenser performed well.

On the third day, we used the recipe for bread with several kinds of flour photo 3 . It had cornmeal, several kinds of cereals. The bread crumb turned out a little yellowish and a little sweet because of the taste of additives .

Dough in the oven can be made in a variety – unleavened dough for noodles, dumplings or crust in the cycle “Dumplings” in 20 minutes, pizza, yeast from different types of flour in the “Basic”, “Diet” or “Rye” mode from 1.5 to over three hours .

The baking program is used to bring the ready bread to the desired consistency for example, if you have used more than the norm and the bread did not have time to bake , for cooking muffins, biscuits, cakes, pancakes, etc. There is no mixing step, so the products must be prepared manually with a mixer.

Special features: the programs are at least half an hour longer than those of other machines. This is due to the inclusion in the cycle of a long phase of temperature equalization with light heating , for example, in the 1st program it is 25-60 minutes.

Another peculiarity is that the ingredients begin with the dry ingredients – yeast, flour, sugar etc.d., The liquid pours out of the top.

The machine is equipped with an automatic dispenser, it adds nuts and raisins to the dough automatically, you only need to select the appropriate program. The dispenser is used not only for full bread-making cycles, but also for kneading. The only disadvantage of the dispenser is that after it resets the food, it does not close and the heat escapes.
