Steamed sea bass

Need

half a fennel bulb

Steamed seabass

A few sprigs of rosemary

half a lime or lemon

6 tbsp. l. olive oil

salt

Mix of peppers white, black and pink

Prepare

Clean the fish, gut it through the gills, wash it. Season with salt and pepper, coat all sides with oil, stuff with finely chopped fennel. Place on the base of the steam basket over the rosemary, put the lime slices on the fish, cook for 15 minutes program “Fish Seafood” . Dismantle the fish, sprinkle with lemon juice and drizzle with olive oil.

Serve with lettuce and potatoes.
