With the new compact and feature-rich Sony Cyber-shot cameras, everyone can capture high-quality photos and detailed Full HD movies.

The new WX50 series models in their multi-coloured casing fit easily into your pocket, yet boast an ultra-sensitive, high-performance 16.2 megapixel Exmor R CMOS sensor. The most advanced version of the Sony BIONZ processor works in tandem with a high-quality sensor, guaranteeing high-speed performance and beautiful images with low noise even in low-light conditions. Both cameras come with a wide range of handy features that make it easy to capture high-quality photos and Full HD movies.

Extra High Sensitivity technology introduced in Cyber-shot for the first time this year expands the range of photography, especially in low light1. The maximum sensitivity is now set to 12800 ISO, so you can capture unexpected scenes without using a tripod or flash. In addition, noise levels have been reduced by a factor of six compared to previous cameras2 Cyber-shot models. You’ll notice a difference when you take clear, natural photos in low light, which can range from atmospheric portraits to indoor scenes.

The SteadyShot Optical Stabilization System goes one step closer to perfection, with Active Mode and optional digital stabilization – a true smashing blow to camera shake when shooting Full HD movies.
