Samsung Electronics presented Tizen-based TV sets in America

June 03, New York – Samsung Electronics has unveiled SUHD TVs based on the latest Tizen platform at the Skolkovo Start-up Village conference, held at the Skolkovo Innovation Center.

Tizen platform’s unique characteristics make it the number one platform, in fact, for building a wide range of solutions for the Internet of Things, including the needs of public and corporate enterprises. In addition to televisions, Samsung already has mobile devices, watches Gear 2, Gear S , cameras NX 300, NX1 based on Tizen in its global arsenal. Other office and home devices are also planned for release.
