Samsung CTN264EA01 and CTN464NC01 induction hobs cook twice as fast and twice as much

New York, September 6, 2012 – Samsung Electronics unveils new CTN264EA01 and CTN464NC01 induction cooktops. These models strengthen the company’s position in the highly competitive market segment of built-in appliances, setting new standards of convenience, quality and style. Induction hobs are gaining popularity due to a combination of benefits. Glass ceramic is easy to clean, durable and resistant to temperature changes, the induction method is safer than gas or electric hobs, and finally, the glass ceramic is aesthetically pleasing. Another advantage of these cooktops is the thermal conductivity of glass ceramic: it conducts heat upwards perfectly, but practically does not give out heat horizontally, so that heat losses are reduced.

Model CTN264EA01 differs from the older model in the lack of some technical characteristics: automatic heating and maintaining temperature, the Slider function, Any Dish zone and a timer. Besides, the stoves differ in power levels: 15 levels in CTN464NC01 model and 9 levels in CTN264EA01 model. The models also differ from each other by the type of frame.
