The oven makes it possible to bake bread in the shape of much longer bricks. Two spatulas are used to mix the dough in the bucket. The molds have a non-stick interior. Functionality
The appliance has 12 programs. Seven of them are devoted directly to bread. The French bread mode is slightly longer than the basic program and yields a puffy loaf with soft crumb and thin crust.
All three of these programs can be shortened, if necessary, by using the express baking function. Basic and French cycle it shortens by an hour, whole-grain by 1:15. In addition, there is a short program for extra fast cooking, its duration is 1:20 hours. Muffin mode is optimal for sweet bread like kulich or its national analogues with banana, peanuts, dried fruits. Another program offers a special type of bread – buttermilk, which is also muffins. The appliance has a gluten-free bread program, i.e. without wheat protein. This mode lasts only 2:20 hours. In addition to bread, you can bake sweet cakes like muffins and quiche, pastry and jam in the oven.
Control
The operating principle is traditional for bread baking: a few buttons for selecting the program, the color of crust, weight of the loaf and timer settings, as well as the display. The display shows the number of the program with its duration when a cycle is performed, the time to completion or the time to start. The display also helps you keep track of the progress of the bread.
Design
The body of the oven is made of polished steel. There is no window in the lid, so the heat leakage will be less than usual, which means the top crust should brown better.
