The device is very economical, its power consumption is only 25 W. But it can make up to 2 liters of yogurt at a time!
Some manufacturers call such appliance as “a dairy kitchen”. Its design is elementary: in the plastic case there is a container for milk – usually 1,5-2 liters. Appliance operates at low power and heats milk with sourdough to the required temperature – 40-42 °C. Cooking time – up to 12 hours, set using a timer. In fact, the effect of the device is almost the same as a thermos or a jar wrapped into a newspaper and a warm blanket – the old way our grandmothers made yogurt and yogurt. Simply in a jar or thermos, the milk will still cool down slowly, but the device maintains the temperature for the entire cooking time.

As for cleaning and maintenance, it is quite easy to clean with removable parts that are dishwasher safe. Maintaining the machine is simple as well.
