Recipes for Multivarkers: Vinaigrette

Today we are going to cook on a Cuckoo multicooker

vinaigrette.

To do this, select the program mode

We will need:

1. Small beets – 2 pc.

2. Carrots – 1 pc.

3. Potatoes – 3 pcs.

4. Pickles – 4 pcs.

5. Onions – 1 goal.

6. Peas – 200gr.

7. Vegetable oil. – 3 Tbsp.l.

8. Peppers to taste.

9. Salt – to taste.

10. Greens – to taste.

Cuckoo CR-3021 Multicooker

Preparation:

1. Rinse the vegetables, put them on the steamer stand.

2. Pour 3 level measuring cups of water into the crock-pot, put the steam plate on and put the vegetables in it.

3. Press the “RIGHT”, “LEFT” buttons to start the “Fry” program

“Set time to 40 minutes and temperature to 100 degrees Celsius. Press “

4. Cool, peel and dice the vegetables.

5. Add finely chopped herbs, cucumbers, green peas, salt and pepper.

Dress with butter or mayonnaise.
