Preparation:
1. Soak beans in cold water overnight.
2. Rinse beans, place in a bowl and pour 7 measuring cups of water.

4. Take out the beans and strain the broth. Drain the broth into a separate container.
5. Rinse and dry the vegetables and herbs.

zucchini, celery and fry for another five minutes.
11. Add tomatoes, tomato paste and a little broth. Braise for 2 minutes.
12. Place all the ingredients in a bowl and pour all the broth over them.
