Recipes for Multicooker: Minestrone

Today we’re cooking minestrone – a traditional Italian vegetable soup in a Cuckoo multicooker. Select the program mode – “MULTI-PREPAR”.

We will need:

1. Tomatoes – 3 pcs.

Minestrone

2. Potatoes – 2 pcs.

3. Vegetable broth – 1,4 l.

4. Cabbage – 100g.

5. Carrots – 120 gr.

6. White beans – 70g.

7. Green peas – 50 gr.

8. Celery – 1 pc.

9. Onions – 70g.

10. Zucchini – 1 pc.

11. Garlic – 1 clove.

12. Tomato paste – 1 tbsp.l.

13. Basil – 2 gr.l.

14. Parsley – 2 twigs.

15. Olive oil – 1 Tbsp.l.

16. Black pepper – to taste.

17. Salt – to taste.

18. Water – 7 m. st.

Preparation:

1. Soak beans in cold water overnight.

2. Rinse beans, place in a bowl and pour 7 measuring cups of water.

3. Select with the buttons “

“Set time to 35 minutes and temperature to 100 degrees.

4. Take out the beans and strain the broth. Drain the broth into a separate container.

5. Rinse and dry the vegetables and herbs.

6. Cut all the vegetables into small cubes

7. Finely chop the herbs and garlic

Open the lid.

9. Set the time to 10 minutes and the temperature to 3. Press the button “

10. Pour oil in a bowl. Fry the onion and garlic, add the carrots,

zucchini, celery and fry for another five minutes.

11. Add tomatoes, tomato paste and a little broth. Braise for 2 minutes.

12. Place all the ingredients in a bowl and pour all the broth over them.

“Set the time to 25 minutes and the temperature to 100 degrees Celsius.

“Do not use this program:

– Set the temperature above 100 degrees.

– Add liquid water or broth above the mark of 3 liters indicated in the bowl of the multicooker.
