Recipes for Multicooker: chicken noodle soup

Today we’re going to cook chicken noodle soup in a Cuckoo multicooker. For this we select the program mode – “MULTIPREPAR”.

We will need:

CHICKEN NOODLE SOUP

1. Chicken – 400 gr.

2. Boiled noodles – 80g.

3. Carrots – 100 gr.

4. Onions – 100 gr.

5. Peas – 6 pcs.

6. Vegetable oil. – 2-3 tbsp.l.

7. Salt – to taste.

8. Water – 7 m.tbsp.

9. Greens – to taste.

Preparation:

1. The chicken cut into small pieces.

2. Slice the carrots and onion into thin slices.

3. Press “RIGHT”, “LEFT” buttons to select “Fry” program, set time and temperature for 3 minutes.

4. Open the lid of the multicooker and turn the knob to the “CLOSED” position. Cooking should be performed with the lid open. Press “START” button.

5. Pour oil into a bowl. Fry onion and carrots.

6. Place chicken in a bowl, add salt, pepper and 7 scoops of water.

7. Press “RIGHT”, “LEFT” buttons to choose “Multi Cooker” program and set the time and temperature to 40 minutes

100 degrees. Press START button.

Note: When cooking soup in the “MULTI-PREPAR” program, it is not recommended:

– Set temperature over 100 degrees.

– Pour the liquid water or broth above the mark of 3 liters indicated in the bowl of the multicooker.
