Today we will cook green chicken borscht in a Cuckoo multicooker. We will choose the program mode – “MULTI-PREPAR”.

1. Chicken – 500 gr.
2. Carrots – 120 gr.
3. Onions – 100g.
4. Potatoes – 350 gr.
5. Boiled egg – 2 – 3 pcs.
6. Spinach – 200 gr.
7. Sorrel – 200 gr.
8. Add the parsley and dill greens.
9. Black pepper – to taste.
10. Peppers – 6 pcs.
11. Salt – to taste.
12. Water – 7 m.tbsp.
Cooking
1. Rinse chicken thoroughly and cut into portions.
2. Slice onions and carrots in thin slices.
3. Dice potatoes.
4. Chop the spinach into thin strips. Chop sorrel, dill and parsley.
5. In a bowl put the chicken, carrots, onion, potatoes and pour 7 measuring cups of water.

“Set the time to 40 minutes and the temperature to 100 degrees. Press “START” button.
7. At the end of cooking, open the lid and add the spinach, sorrel, peas and salt. Let simmer on “
