Recipes for Multicooker: Chahohbili

Today we are going to cook chahohbili in a Cuckoo multicooker. For this we will choose the program mode – “Multi Cooking”. So.

We will need

1. Chicken – 700 grams.

2. Bell pepper

2 medium.

3. Tomatoes – 4 pcs.

4. Basil – 1 bunch.

5. Cilantro – 1 bundle.

6. Ground hot pepper – to taste.

7. Paprika to taste.

8. Garlic – 2-3 cloves.

9. Tomato paste – 2 tbsp. l.

10.Salt to taste.

Chahohbili

Cooking

1. Cut the chicken into medium-sized portions.

2. Chop the basil and coriander.

3. Cut peppers in medium sized half rings

4. Shred onion, slice tomatoes and chop garlic.

5. Place all the ingredients in a bowl, add salt, pepper. Mix everything.

6. Press “RIGHT”, “LEFT” buttons to choose “Multi Cook” program and adjust time and temperature for 30 minutes

120 degrees. Press “START” button.
