I get cereals, mushrooms, onions, water and oil. I choose to cook porridge according to the principles of a healthy diet and do not fry anything, although it is possible to do this directly in the pressure cooker with the lid open.

I put my food in, close the lid, turn it counterclockwise, and courageously press the ā€œPorridgeā€ button. After 4 minutes time of pressure inside the device the display shows cooking time ā€“ 25 minutes ā€“ and the countdown starts.

The kitchen is quiet: no noticeable sounds or smells! What goes on inside? Iā€™m melting together with my porridge and Iā€™m drawn to peek under the lid as a matter of habit. But 25 minutes go by unnoticed.

I turn the lid and wait for the pressure to be released, then I get amazed at the flavors coming out. What a magical smell!

When porridge comes in front of my eyes, I get convinced that it is just as good: crumbly and fragrant, just the way it should be. Taste great! And the main thing is that itā€™s quick and almost hassle-free.

Another ā€œlongā€ dish it takes me about 1.5-2 hours to cook it .

I put smoked ribs, potatoes, onions, carrots, peas in halves pre-soaked for 2 hours and a bouquet of spices and herbs.

Since I have a large family, I usually cook a lot, and in this case, too, I did not try to be small: I took products for 4 liters of soup.

Then strictly according to the instructions, I select the ā€œSoupā€ mode the default setting is 25 minutes . , I add 10 more minutes., Using the ā€œcooking timeā€ function. I close the lid and quietly leave the kitchen.

When the program finishes, I open the lid and depressurize it. Again I marvel at the mouth-watering aromas. The soup is really good, with a creamy texture and not too thick, but it tastes really good!

Another race against time. Can you make a good pilaf without spending the usual 2-2.5 hours?

I layered the pork, shredded carrots, chopped onions, then my favorite spices: cumin, turmeric, pepper, barberry. I put steamed long-grain rice on top and pour water on it all one finger higher than the rice . I close the lid until the pin sinks and set manually cooking time function time 45 min.
