Ingredients:
– 250 g ripe plums,
– 2 ch. l. lemon juice,
– 1 tbsp. l. water,
– 250g sugar preferably with pectin ,
– 15g butter.
Preparation: cut plums into halves, take out the pips you can cut into more quarters , put in a bucket, add all ingredients, set the bucket in the oven.
Select “jam” program. After completing the cycle, pour the finished jam into jars, cork.
