The output is! This electric blanket! It is an electric bed sheet, it is an electric mattress the producers just call them differently . Immediately I foresee the skepticism of some: “such a rigid construction with a wire inside and a plug, which also closes, what if”. As it turns out, it’s not like that!
We turned to the domestic manufacturer “Heat Factory” to see for ourselves what this design is and how it works, to make sure how convenient and most importantly – safe. All the more so because they have production in New York.
The company manufactures three product lines “Original,” “Prestige” and “Luxury. The first two are the usual two-mode, and the third is the original, has no analogues among domestic manufacturers. When you plug it in, the “quick warming” 100% begins, with a maximum time of 20 minutes. The LED lights up brightly and steadily, after 20 minutes it flashes – switching to the mode you set, which lasts 8 hours after which the 10% “standby” economy mode will be activated .
The flash rate of the LED corresponds to the power level. The heating can be turned off by moving the slider to the left or right extreme position: there and then it’s “0”, which is very convenient: you won’t miss it, when you fall asleep. Double products have two independent sections – each has its own regulator and you can select a comfortable temperature for each and turn it off when necessary. Built-in safety fuse gives you extra security.
With such power consumption it is easy to calculate the costs and understand that the electric blanket will not “send you to the world”, and very economically will warm your bed and allow you to relax comfortably, even at +15 C in the house. When choosing a product it is important to note that the heating element does not run over the entire area of the product – the edges are left free for safety reasons . So the electric blanket should be slightly larger than your bed.
