Panasonic microwave ovens: what an inverted dinner tastes like?

The inverter oven is a hallmark of Panasonic. This unique development has been helping consumers around the world cook faster and easier for years. What is an inverter oven? This is a new generation of microwave ovens, based on a fundamentally different way of controlling the ā€œheartā€ of the oven ā€“ the magnetron. Conventional microwave ovens use a magnetron on and off at maximum power to regulate the degree of exposure ā€“ the longer the intervals between the magnetron turns on, the weaker the exposure. For this reason, the heating is uneven, which impairs the taste and nutritional quality of food. Inverter ovens have a continuously variable magnetron power control that provides fast, even and, most importantly, natural heating.

Faster and healthier

Unlike conventional microwave ovens, the inverter automatically adjusts the power level. This results in fast, even heating without sudden temperature changes, which protects the structure of the food.

Food cooked in the inverter oven retains more vitamins and nutrients than in conventional microwave ovens.

New Combined Control System

Flushable rocker switches are a great complement to touch or push-button controls, making the whole control panel more intuitive and user-friendly.

The main programs can be selected with a touch of a button and all parameters can be conveniently set by rotary knobs. The speed of installation is considerably higher and the change of selected parameters is much more comfortable.

With a light touch of your finger you can ā€œsinkā€ the switch in the control panel. Perfect when the oven is not in use or you need to wipe the control panel.

Steam oven

Panasonic created the worldā€™s first inverter steam oven years ago. This innovative development makes it possible to control humidity during the cooking process.

You can now use automatic steam humidification for the entire process or one-time humidification at the touch of a button at any time during the cooking process.

Steam moistens the surface of the foodstuffs, preserving their natural juiciness, aroma and flavour. And the inverter control system ensures rapid and even heating.

Steam for heating and defrosting

The ā€œSuperheat with steamā€ and ā€œDefrost with steamā€ functions are designed specially to guarantee the perfect quality of food. Low temperature steam quickly fills the oven space, creating an optimal humid microclimate inside.

Food will not become overcooked or dehydrated. The process is more delicate and natural. Defrosting is more uniform and efficient while retaining the natural humidity of the food.

This defrosting method does not cause problems with partial overheating or drying out of certain parts of the food. ā€œHeating with steamā€ allows the food to preserve its freshly cooked taste and appearance. No need to put a lid or a film over the plate.

Simply place it in the oven and press the button. The steam provides the optimum humidity for heating. The entire process is fully automatic without the need to set any parameters. Perfect one-touch results.

Infrared sensor

Another distinctive feature of this oven is the use of infrared sensor for heating up the food to the desired temperature from -10Ā°C to +90Ā°C . The oven is monitored at 152 points and shuts down as soon as the product temperature has been reached.

Now you can easily warm up baby food, a cool pie with meat, and slightly warm up ice cream so as not to get a cold throat.

Two grills

One heating element quartz is located in the upper part of the chamber and the other halogen is under the bottom of the oven.

They work together to brown food on all sides until golden brown. You can add steam to the grill for particularly delicate flavors.

Oven

This is a feature of the new inverter oven. It allows you to cook as in a conventional oven by setting the temperature of heating from 110 to 220 Ā° C. You can also turn on steam humidification during cooking.

Add steam at the beginning of baking and the result will surpass the boldest expectations: biscuits and eclairs will be incredibly airy and light, while cakes will be fluffy and shiny.

Panasonic microwave ovens are known for their innovation, and the inverted cooking feature is no exception. By placing the food upside down, it allows for a more even distribution of heat, resulting in a deliciously crispy exterior and moist interior. This technology enhances the taste and quality of various dishes, such as meat, vegetables, and even pastries. Not only does the inverted cooking method save cooking time, but it also ensures that the food retains its natural flavors and nutritional value. In comparison to traditionally cooked meals, the inverted dinner offers a unique texture and tenderness that traditional methods struggle to achieve. Itā€™s important to note that while the inverted cooking feature offers excellent results, personal preferences may vary. Nonetheless, many users find the inverted cooking option in Panasonic microwave ovens to be a game-changer in terms of taste and quality.
