Description
The device is equipped with a tray, in which a motor and a heater with a bimetal switch and a thermostat are built in. This guarantees its complete fire safety: if the temperature rises to a critical level the product overheats, excluding the possibility of fire. The special design of the fan blades ensure the maximum circulation of warm air and drying uniformity, resulting in a homogeneous consistency of the dried product. Tray is equipped with sieves in which food is placed. Sieve capacity: three liters. The baskets do not have a rigid support, but slide freely into each other, which increases air circulation. It allows you to fill the sieve to the top and the product will dry evenly. The patented, special honeycomb of the sieve eliminates the sticking effect. No residue is left on the sieves after drying, so there is no need to wash them. The sieves are transparent, which means that the drying process can be monitored. The standard “Molgato” dryer is equipped with four sieves, but you can buy additional and increase its performance. The appliance can be used as a heater, if you remove the sieves.
