It’s a grey winter morning/night outside, we want sunshine and warmth! Omelet with broccoli not only feeds the whole family, but also makes them happy in the morning with bright colors. Very little time, even less effort!
I mix eggs with warm milk 50 ml per egg , add broccoli sprigs, put them in a beautiful Oursson dish and put it in the oven on maximum microwave power. Time – 10 minutes the parameter varies depending on the number of eggs, 2 eggs takes about 5 minutes .
