Master Wheels

Master Wheels is a control device that adjusts gimbal movements with three weighted discs. Discs control pan, tilt and pan in different directions using ultra-high-resolution optical code sensors that can detect the slightest movement. The angle of each disk can be adjusted in the process, as well as removed as needed.

Video Cameras

Master Wheels supports 2.4GHz and 5GHz wireless transmission over 3 kilometers with as little as 10 msec of latency. Users can remove and connect the wireless transmitter with a 5 meter cable for stronger signal transmission.

Other features include, support for 1/4″ and 3/8″ accessories and a special Mitchell mount on the main console, controls for speed, smoothness and cushioning, and various buttons and display for monitoring equipment status and adjusting various settings.

DJI Force Pro

According to DJI, users unfamiliar with more complex systems like Master Wheels can “quickly gain experience” with a product like the Force Pro.

Force Pro allows remote control of the gimbal via a wireless transmission system 2.4-5 GHz and DJI remote control technology. Also works at distances over 3km and provides up to 10ms of latency. If necessary, it is possible to connect using a CAN-Bus cable with a 200 Hz signal to prevent problems with interference.

Force Pro has a built-in inertial measurement unit IMU and compass, which work together to prevent drift and improve the accuracy of the gimbal’s movements. Built-in battery provides up to 5 hours of battery life and supports recharging using the port, USB-C or DC-in. For added efficiency, DJI suggests using a special holder on which, in addition to the Force Pro, you can attach various accessories, thumb controllers and monitors.
