Advantages: the most wonderful thing, in our opinion, is the kneading of the loaf with not one but two kneaders. The sight is a little unusual, but we get well kneaded dough and end up with a large loaf of traditional shape.

Disadvantages: it is not very easy to clean the dust and dirt from a bread machine of this shape. The high power has its disadvantages, too: it consumes a lot of electricity when it works.

Dough result

Perfect white bread picture 1 , with a soft, crumbly, flavorful and creamy crust. We baked a pound loaf with milk. The machine was able to brown the bread not only from the barrels, but also from the top.

Our kulich turned out too “tan” photo 2 , although we cooked it twice, so we advise to slightly increase the rate of liquid and flour or choose a light crust when implementing the signature recipe.

The baguettes picture 3 came out well, the taste is classic, the crust is crispy. Note that it takes only a few minutes to form them. It is very easy to use, even though it requires a direct involvement of the hostess.

The model offers the largest choice of 19 programs: baguette, Italian bread, bread rolls, pita bread, bread rolls, soft rolls, bread rolls, white bread, French bread, wholemeal bread, cake, quick bread, baked pita bread, salt-free bread, baking, yeast dough, unleavened pasta dough, pie, jam.

And, even from the sequence of programs, it is clear that the “chip” of the oven is piece baking. The appliance kneads and holds the dough on its own for the allotted time. Then you hear a beep and start slicing: shaping baguettes, sticks, rolls, loaves.

Products will be baked in one or two special molds – designed for a couple of small baguettes or on flat baking trays. The machine gives you the option of 1 or 2 programmed consecutive baking steps.

Program 13 is specially designed for baking Borodino bread. The instructions give a simplified recipe on yeast, the basis of it is not rye flour, but white flour. The program is rather short, lasting only 1 hour and 42 minutes, and is designed for one pound loaf.

Loaves: 750g, 1000g and 1500g. The piece baking is different in each program. The baguettes weigh about 80 g you can have 4 or 8 up to 19 cm long, the ciabatta and pita bread weigh about 250 g, the bread rolls or breadsticks about 20 g.

The bucket: has an elongated shape internal dimensions WxHxV 223x126x150 mm , and the bread is a long brick, and the size is close to the usual “store” standards.

There is not one but two hooks for kneading the dough. The forms are good for black and white bread, but the loaf comes out too far from the classic “kulichnik” ideal of beauty.

The piece of baked goods, as already mentioned, are baked on special trays that are placed in two rows on a shelf. The interior of the oven is lowered by means of handles.

It has two kneading keys instead of one, which is the most wonderful feature of this breadmaker for me. Watching this process, it can seem a bit cumbersome at first.

The first impression is that the hooks just get in the way of each other and the ingredients “do not know” where to go. But it kneads the dough rather quickly, and then it has to “wiggle” from one mixer to the other.

It’s a bit of an unusual sight, but at least we have a well kneaded dough and in the end a big loaf of the traditional shape.

Another distinctive feature of the device is its high power – 1650 W, this is about 2.5 times more than in other bakeries. There is not one heating element in the oven as usual, but two, one on top of the other.

Controls: push-button, and it is nice to note the good button feedback which is important for the elderly . The display is clear, the program indication is by number, the list is located there, it is in American. The settings weight and color of the crust are indicated by arrows. And here is the program stage is not reflected.

The programs are divided into 2 groups: for piece baking and classic recipes. Both groups have a specialized baking cycle. For example, pretzels or buns can be baked from 10 to 35 minutes by selecting a duration in 5 minute increments. And the bread in a bucket from 10 to 70 minutes, in 10 minute steps.

Delay time is 15 hours by cycle end time . It is strange that the timer is not used for programs 8 White Bread, 9 French Bread, 10 Wholemeal and 11 Cupcake. But you can order the dough for pies or dumplings to be ready by the right time.

Comfort

The bucket is fixed tightly in the oven. Kneading makes a lot of noise. On our subjective 5-point scale, about a 3.

At first, a little confused by the dangling lid, but it turned out that it is simply removable and the locking mechanism it has a very simple. The inspection window is big and you can watch the program without opening it too much.

When baking on two levels, you can’t see what’s going on underneath. But according to our observations browning both on the bottom and on the top is synchronous.

Care: the inside of the machine does not get too dirty, so from time to time you just need to wipe it with a damp cloth. Not too much trouble on the outside, either. The black plastic is quickly cleaned up if dusted with flour. But the contour of the viewing window and its frame with slits requires some attention, otherwise the dust will be clogged in every corner.

Power cord: on the right side, 95 cm long.

Instruction: the model has the most fascinating recipe book among the participants of the test . It contains 100 ! recipes adapted to this device. The book is illustrated and helps awaken culinary inspiration.

There are detailed instructions for the first 6 programs on cards that are convenient to use in the kitchen. The picture shows the sequence of operations and you can immediately see how to prepare and cut the dough into baguettes or bread, decorate the products and place them in the mold.

The instructions are detailed, focusing especially on the baking programs, giving you literally step-by-step descriptions and tips on how to improve the quality and appearance of the bread.

Aesthetics

The body of the device is made of metal, top and lid are made of black plastic. The design of this lid looks strange, I do not understand the logic of such a decision, and most importantly, why there are so many holes in the form of slits. The control panel is slanted and clearly visible. The lid is a little loose when opened, but it’s easy to remove for washing, we tested it.
