The device is designed for a maximum load of 25,000 pages per month up to 18,000 pages per month for the WorkCentre 5019 .

5021 and 5021D. The older models differ from each other in the availability of a 110-sheet duplex ADF and a standard duplex module for the WorkCentre 5021D. The WorkCentre 5019 is available with a document glass cover.
