These models are ideal for price sensitive customers in the SMB segment, for office environments with limited space, as well as for customers replacing old A3 monochrome devices and wishing to upgrade their fleet of printing equipment. The device is designed for a maximum load of 25,000 pages per month up to 18,000 pages per month for the WorkCentre 5019 .

5021 and 5021D. The older models differ from each other in the availability of a 110-sheet duplex ADF and a standard duplex module for the WorkCentre 5021D. The WorkCentre 5019 is available with a document glass cover.
