Xerox introduced these new A3 laser monochrome MFPs on the American market in October 2012. These models are ideal for price sensitive customers in the SMB segment, for office environments with limited space, as well as for customers replacing old A3 monochrome devices and wishing to upgrade their fleet of printing equipment. The device is designed for a maximum load of 25,000 pages per month up to 18,000 pages per month for the WorkCentre 5019 .

The new multifunction devices print at 18/10ppm A4/A3 for the WorkCentre 5019 and 20/10ppm A4/A3 for the WorkCentre

5021 and 5021D. The older models differ from each other in the availability of a 110-sheet duplex ADF and a standard duplex module for the WorkCentre 5021D. The WorkCentre 5019 is available with a document glass cover.

Built-in monochrome scanner max. 600×600 dpi resolution converts materials into electronic form, helping to avoid overloading your office with paper documents. All devices are equipped with a USB interface and 128 MB of RAM.

ID Card Copy, Job Build, multiple page copying on one page, automatic image rotation and zooming allow for automated workflows.

Xerox WorkCentre 5019/ 5021 and 5021D MFPs offer a number of benefits for document-intensive companies looking for maximum business process efficiency. Full functionality copier GDI-printer scanner as standard eliminates the need for additional costs. Intuitive and user-friendly user interface makes everyday tasks easier.

High paper capacity of 350 pages WorkCentre 5021 and 5021D has a maximum of 850 sheets minimizes the time required for device maintenance. Toner-saving mode helps cut your consumables costs. Working in photocopy counting mode involves creating up to 10 password-protected user accounts with individual limitations on the number of prints. So companies can control the amount of printing in the office.

WorkCentre 5019/ 5021 and 5021D MFPs support all common operating systems, including Linux. Xerox Scan to PC Desktop 11 utility supplied as standard and ABBYY Finereader optional software can significantly improve workflow efficiency through conversion of paper documents to electronic format and professional work with PDF files.
