MODEL DESCRIPTION
The new oven model combines the microwave, grill and convection functions. The advantage of this appliance is that it has two extra functions. The function called fryer is a mode that combines the work of the grill with convection. Slim Fry TM technology is used in the appliance. The function serves to fry dishes, although, despite its name fryer is literally “fat” , it is not necessary to use oil in this process.
Another feature – fermentation mode. It is designed to make homemade yogurt and can replace a special appliance. The oven heats a mixture of milk and dry bacteria enzyme that stimulates the vital activity of these useful microorganisms. Yogurt can be prepared in batch jars or in a common bowl. Yogurt cycle time is determined automatically. The oven uses Raw Ingredient Cooking technology. The oven accurately senses the temperature of the ingredients, for example if food is fresh or frozen, and chooses the optimum temperature for cooking without overcooking or undercooking.
Temperature control function allows you to make settings within the desired range, whether you want to gently toast butter or make a casserole with a crispy crust.
The inside of the oven is coated with bioceramic enamel. Tests carried out at the Fraunhofer Institute for Applied Materials in Bremen Germany confirm that the enamel has antibacterial properties and easy-to-clean characteristics, so you can get rid of greasy splatter in seconds. Bioceramic coating is scratch-resistant and provides better protection against rust than alternative types of internal coating.
