LUMIX DMC-TZ35 compact camera: pocket-sized camera for landscapes and close-ups

Panasonic introduces a new addition to its TZ line of cameras – the LUMIX DMC-TZ35, which features a wide-angle LEICA DC VARIO-ELMAR lens with a 20× optical zoom. The LUMIX TZ/ZS pocket-sized camera has won plaudits from users around the world because its versatile lens lets you shoot both landscapes and close-up shots. What’s more, it has a lens coating that achieves premium image quality. And the Intelligent Zoom function increases the lens magnification to 40× without compromising image quality. The DMC-TZ35 is also equipped with Optical Image Stabilization, which effectively suppresses blur caused by hand shake. And the active image stabilization mode enhances the quality of the movies.

The combination of a 16.1 megapixel MOS-sensor and Venus Engine image processor achieves a superb light sensitivity. And with high-speed output technology to capture Full HD movies and high-speed burst photos.

The DMC-TZ35 cameras can shoot at 10 fps with a mechanical shutter and 5 fps with continuous autofocus. Equipped with Light Speed autofocus that lets you see unique images without missing a shot.

The DMC-TZ35 cameras support video recording in 1920×1080 50i PAL and AVCHD MPEG-4/H.264 as well as 25p PAL and MP4 format, which is widely compatible with PCs and smartphones, making it easy to edit and share videos. In addition, special modes have been added to make shooting more enjoyable: Panorama, Creative Control and Creative Retouching.

Intelligent 3′ LCD screen with 460000 dots resolution provides excellent picture clarity in any light. And beginner photographers will appreciate the capabilities of iA Intelligent Auto mode.

Of course, there is also a manual mode that allows experienced amateur photographers to set their own exposure settings. You can also charge these cameras both with an adapter and via USB.
