“LG introduced the world’s first smartphone with a dual-core processor exactly one year ago, and now we are announcing the next generation,” said Jong-seok Park, president and CEO of LG Electronics Mobile Communications. – “But it’s not the speed itself that makes the LG Optimus 4X HD smartphone unique, but the benefits we offer users in high-definition HD standard multimedia entertainment in a mobile device.”.
The NVIDIA Tegra 3 processor is the world’s only quad-core processor with 4-PLUS-1, designed for high multimedia performance and uses the fifth core for low-power tasks like standby and music playback.
