Ice Mocco

You will need:

1 espresso,

150 ml of cold milk,

20 ml of chocolate syrup,

50-60g of ice cream,

50g of whipped cream,

10g grated chocolate,

ice.

Preparation for 1 person:

Make a standard espresso. Place the following ingredients in the blender: 3 ice cubes, espresso, milk, 20 ml of chocolate syrup and 50-60 ml of ice cream. Whisk all the ingredients in a blender for 2 minutes. Pour the resulting mixture into a tall glass. Garnish the contents of the glass with the vegetable cream.

Useful tip: Ice Mocco can be topped with grated chocolate.
