Hermes-DPD announces its new service: express returns

Every year the number of supporters of online commerce in America is growing rapidly. But despite the positive dynamics of this growth, the issue of returns remains a constraint. The return mechanism has been successfully functioning for a long time on the European e-commerce market. Confident in the quality of the fine-tuned service at every stage of purchase, customers easily make the decision to order, knowing that if necessary, they can return the product without any problems.

At the first stage of the project Hermes-DPD returns are made through the network of Hermes-DPD in New York. The company plans for the future – the possibility to return the goods through partner points of delivery in all cities where Hermes-DPD is presented.
